im buyin new wheels for my 91 hatch and i have sum questions.... im gettin the cobra r wheels and upper and lower control arms and i wanted to know how wide of a tire i can fit on that rim.... also what is the widest tires i can fit on the front? back? also what are sum good tires that arent too salty?

i have 17x9 cobra r's with 245 40s on the front and 275 40s in the back and have no issues i use bfg gforce sports

your best bet for any stock items, such as tires, is to get a friend at an auto dealership or a tire store, sears, whatever... because they can get parts at their cost usually.. i work at a GM dealership, but i get stuff at cost around town here at the ford dealerships/napa/carquest.. and no sorry i can't buy tires and send them to you lol, cause i know you're gonna be askin that :P

lol i wouldnt ask that but i know people would.... i never thought about it but i have a person in my family who owns a huge chain of tire stores
