2 Questions

1. I removed the smog pump but cant seem to get the bolts out of the back of the heads can I just plug the end where the 2 tubes come together.

2. With under drive pullys will the 84.5 inch belt still work bypassing where the smog pump was.

I'm pretty sure you'll have to get a shorter belt with underdrive pulleys. Just do what I did, go the auto parts store, get the belt you think you need, and put it on in the parking lot. If its too long, go back in and get a shorter one.
