Do exhaust first, headers, midpipe and catback. The do gears, 3.73s or 4.10s. Then intake upper and lower manifolds, K&N filter, bigger MAF, bigger TB... That's a good combo for a quick little daily driven car.

Best bang for the buck would be the gears first. but yeah sounds wise go for the catback, Cold air induction, a nice X-pipe, and some headers.

Oh yeah and advance your timing it helps with the exhaust tone. But you will HAVE to run 91 octane.

do little free things to your car first like reset the TPS, up the timing, remove the smog crap

then start with gears, exhaust, h/c/i

first 2 things where your car lacks most are gears and heads.

gears are cheap will fell like 100 hp, heads are expensive, but you won't get any gains w/out them. unless a power adder.

a 5-speed w/ 4.10's and 100 shot of nitrous will runs 12's
