Rebuild: Longblock or crate?

Rebuild: Longblock or crate?
I am looking to replace the tired 302 in my 89 vert and have been debating either going with a longblock, possibly the following:
Ebay longblock
...or, getting a ford racing crate. I don't have the experience, the tools, or the time to recover the stock block and don't want to go overboard with the price if I can help it.
Anybody know any good engine builders in the Richmond, VA area that are looking to make some cash on the side?
Please reply with suggestions or past experiences.
Thanks!

RE: Rebuild: Longblock or crate?
Well of coarse buying a crate motor is going to be more expensive than a long block but thats only because it comes with everything that you are going to need. I didnt see the link (im blocked from it, Im at work [:@]) but if you have the money than just do the crate motor. It really all depends on the budget you are on.
