Default Red interior - argh!

I just bought an 88 LX but it has a red interior. What are my options as to replacing the interior (grey/black)? Are there any good aftermarket seats or should I stick with junkyard/rebuilt seats? What's a good source in SoCal? Any help would be appreciated.
