mods are K&N panel filter,bbk OR hpipe,flows,355 gears...yep thats it along with some tires. on a 154k mile setup. only had a car one week also

so...I don't mean to go astray from the topic..but what do you think an '89 5.0 LX would run..with a Cold Air Kit, 3.73 gears, stock headers leading to a X-pipe with true duals (flowmaster)...Eibach Lowering springs (don't know if they would help the launch or whatever) and a shift kit put on an AOD?

this is with my old motor, havent ran the new one yet.
91 GT, stripped, no backseat or sound deadner. with the lighter lx seats.

my best time at the budweiser motorsports park is a 13.2@ 107mph with the spray.
without the spray I ran a best of 14.2 @96mph, that was before the intake though.
after the intake the best I could run n/a was a 14.6@94mph.

91 gt aod 12.88@102 n/a and 11.95@109 on 90 shot of gas
all the bolt-on's on stock motor "valve covers and intake never been off the car"
full drag suspension, 4.10's, mt dr's, and built aod with 3000stall edge racing converter.

After looking at the dyno shop results on my 306, on gas only, I'm getting ready for about 11.00's and about 123 if the program is right and I ever get the chassis done.
