next spring i plan to run my 89 aod lx. right now i have mac shorty headers. flowmaster exhaust, mac cold air intake, 4:10 gears, trac lok, ford racing timing chain, and eliminated AC. Over the winter im doing a 93 cobra intake, roller rockers and a trickflow stage 1 cam. what kinda number am i looking at with this done

probably 13.80-ish

good call on the gears, and as long as you can get traction., you'll see 13's no problem.

how dep? not sure but i bet you'll range from 13.60-13.90

i would stay with stock cam on the stock heads.
