I dont have personal experience but I dont think that Ive ever heard anything bad about Pro 5.0's.

yes, i have a hurst shifter installed and i love it. plus you have the peace knowing that hurst has the most experience in that area

Pro 5.0 is one of the best shifters i've ever experinced bottom line,but everbody has there own personal prefrence..

i too have a hurst, it came in the car but i love it. Its not a long throw and its not increadably short either. My buddy put a pro 5.0 in his gt and i hated the hell out of it. it was so close together and tight u could barely move the dam stick, but maybe there's more than 1 setting? he ended up takin it out and running a better time at the track with the stock shifter b/c he disliked the pro 5.0 so much. But yeah it was actually way too short imo.

i have a hurst from an svo mustang but it sucks because it doesnt have any stops to prevent overshifting but it was free!

yea the steeda seems a little tight and can be a pain sumtimes but i kinda like the tight feel

i drove my buddy's cobra with a steeda and it felt mingya nice... a lot like the hurst iirc.
