So, did you have to buy anything or did you just go into the shop and tell them that you wanted 4.10s installed and they had everything there? How much, total, did it cost you?

I had it done at Dallas Mustang and I made an appointment for them to do it today. I just droped it off at 9 am and got it back at 2 pm all set and ready to go. It was around $560 total with gears, bearing kit, and install on both. I have not gottin a chance to feel the diffence yet because the roads and wet but when they dry I will let you know for sure if there as good as every1 says.

i went from 273s to 373s and at the end of the month my gas bill has been on average 10-15 dollars higher then it did with the 273's
I couldnt tell you how many miles you will loose but I was told from a guy at Strange that every gear ratio you go up you will increase your RPM's by 100 or 200. I forget witch one it is. Sorry, I know that dosent help much

WOW can I feel a diffence. I wish I would have done this as my first mod. Guys that dont have gears stop adding power to it and get some gears. It feels like it adds a good 40-50 hp... I can feel more power from the gears then I could my header/pullies/CAI. Thank you all of you who talked me into getting 4.10s I love them. But I really do need some drag radials now if I get on it when I am doing 30 mph i still spin and have to let off the gas then get back on it. But all in all well worth it.
