Default Custom nose piece?

I am new here. I just bought a wrecked '88 GT. I am thinking of putting a 2005 nose on my GT to get a bit of nostagia feel. Anyone have an suggestions or how-to links that I can check out? I anticipate quite a bit of custom fitting and that will be okay.

Thanks.

Damn that would be a PITA man, love to see how it turns out though! They look alot bigger than the fox style and then you would have to fab all teh brackets and headlights and hood and basically everything!

Good Luck

Bumper = Custom
Hood = Custom
Fenders = Custom
Brackets = Custom

Custom = $$$

I think it would look crazy but that would cost ALOT of money to fabricate. Also, I dont think that you are going to find any links on this or any "How To" links because I dont think that its ever been done before. I would really hope that you have alot of money set aside to do this because you dont want to start something that you will not be able to finish you know. Also, IMO if you are going to do all of that I def wouldnt leave the rest of the car stock. I would have something made up because it would look kind of retarted w/ a 05 front end and the rest of it stock. That just my .02

"Never been done before"..........that is the fuel I run on! I love to explore new ideas. I plan to narrow the '05 nose depending on how much wider is actually is.

Also, I favor having a carb setup as opposed to the injection. I will be trading out parts to do this if anyone is interested. I want to make this pretty nasty for the street.

Now the first thing I need to do is find the nose piece from a wreck.........I hate to pay full price for a new one. They haven't been out long enough to find wreck easily.
