It depends on what your looking for in your set up, what other mods do you have?

I used the b-303 with the 1.7RR's and it pulled very hard after 4000rpm, but the stock cam has better low end power.
from what I heard the e-303 is better for the street, but I have only used the stocker and the b cam.

the e has less duration and more lift, the b has more duration and less lift.

it depends on what your future plans are.

Neither, you don't need a cam with stock heads...trust me i've been there and seen it many times and it is just a waste of money and time...But if you think it will give you more hp then go with a TF stage 1..

Lift is the height the valve face seperates from the seat... In inches. Higher the number the more the valve opens

Duration is how many degrees the valves are open. Kinda hard to explain, The Duration is in reference to CRANKSHAFT rotation, not camshaft rotation. The cam turns at half the crank speed, so if the cam has a duration rating of 272, that means the cam will be open for 136* out of its full 360* rotation. Most cams are ground so they open quicker than they close.

Im not a pro engine builder, so somebody *correct me if im wrong*, but the way I understand it, is the more duration you have, the higher up the rpm range your power will peak, but if you get a cam with too much lift, you screw up the air flow past the valves which can have a negative affect on performance. Ill leave those details up to somebody who REALLY knows thier ****. Usually the more duration you have, the worse your gunna idle

you really need heads to work with the cam, I actually made my car slower with the b-303 cam.
until I used my nitrous. then the higher duration and lift helped.

I miss my cam, I got my 308 built with the stock cam. I think I will take a couple runs at the track with the stock one, then change to the b cam, and see what kind of differences it makes.
my old motor was worn very bad.

Duration is what gives u power.

And with my stock heads a cam makes a huge difference. Just depends on the car.
