Adjusting TPS...
I was told by Swiddy that I had to adjust the TPS but I dont know how, he was telling me I had to use a Volt meter gauge or somthing but on the gauge theres a big dial.
It goes "AC V" - "DC A" - "OHM" - and "DC V", Where do I put the dial? and on what number?
Thanks

RE: Adjusting TPS...
DC V is what you want
turn igntion on but dont start teh car
probe the green and black wire, see what hte reading is
now loosen hte two screws. you might have to enlongate the holes some. this requires removing it and drilling out the holes
put it back on and slightly tigthen the screws. just enough so you can move it aroun
move it to it reads .98 to 1.0v once there tighten it down. recheck the Voltage with it tighten.
start car up and see if its stays there if it does your good to go

RE: Adjusting TPS...
by probing...he means put a safety pin through it and test off the safety pin. i only poke the green one, and ground on the fender.
but yeah, thats how you do it....keep it under 1 volt.
.980-.990 is perfect.
