yeah its not like most of us here race people for money or in competitions to really worry about a couple of pounds. My main concern is traction. I'm really interested in the blue oval ones and might just be getting them after this damn x mas rush unless someone comes on here and really slanders them.

the blue oval also has some quad shocks, would those help much with launching? also i was just checking the Blue Oval website and if you buy the control arms on ebay instead of their site, you end up saving 3 bucks. but the subframes are 6 bucks cheaper if you use their website lol. an extra $9, sweet.

when i upgrade my upper and lower control arms should i get new springs or stiffer ones too? only thing is i dont really want to make my car any lower.

well you will want stiffer rear springs and softer front springs. It would help. If you get the ford racing ones they dont really lower your car that much.

Just look at springs and they should be advertised how much they will lower your car. 90% of them are advertised. Just look around.
