Default Plug #4 / overheating

Does anyone know a good trick to get to this one easier? It is the one on the passenger side closest to the firewall. I am having a bi**h of a time getting it.

Also I figured out my overheating issue sort of, I let it idle all the way up to 210 and then I popped the hod and relized the fan isnt kicking on so I guess I need to adjust that to come on sooner or fig. out why it never comes on.
