Might just be an obious question but by chance did you change the radiator at all? Your putting all this money into performance and yet keeping stock radiator. Maybe take your radiator out and take it to a shop and see what they say, also if you had a crack in the block im sure the mechanic would of noticed it.

Even if you might have thought you burped the system and got all the air out you might not have. Did you get the coolant flushed and installed correctly? Going through the same issues now and that seems to be my problem-Shane

run the car without the rad cap on until all the air comes out, remember to top up the rad after it pukes out
