Is it worth pulling out my aode trans in my 94 gt and putting in a manual, or will it perform the same if i put a shift kit in the aode? And if i did swap them, would there be anything to do other than change them, like iwill it affect the computer in my car or i have to change any connections going to my transmision and all that?

the computer would have to be changed. i'm not sure about your main harness, but you would need to add a clutch pedal. either way, get an after market trans. if you plan on putting some HP in the engine, you'll need it. and the difference between auto vs manual is an on going battle, but ultimately, you can't shift faster than a computer. but something about a manual is manly. i have a t56 in mine.
