Default turbo question

Talked to a friend of mine tonight he said he'd give me a turbo he had laying arround if I wanted to put it on the stang. My long block has realy low miles and a small cam. Basically a stock block how much boost can it handle? Would the gains be worth it with a single turbo? Im not trying for 450hp just more. Ive seen alot of tt setups not one single on a v8. Any opinion helps

you can run more then that if you run an intercooler which is a must with a turbo. it will be defenitely worth it. if you buy pre-bent tubes and know how to weld, its very easy to fab up a turbo kit. just take your time when laying it out

I need to know all the specs on the turbocharger. If it is a common T3 it won't work on your car, not a single one anyway.
