having issue removing back seats...

RE: having issue removing back seats...
if its anything like a 91 you have hex shaped screws between the seat and the panel towards the bottom where it pivots. After that they should slide out and there is a center hindge that comes out. from there it should be a piece of cake.

Im not sure how yours differ from mine either (I have an 88) but with mine, all you had to do was take the carpet off from the back, the hex shape bolts out and you should be good. Watch out though that you dont break your quarter panel when you are doing that because the bracket slides into a hole on the quarter. I just snipped my quarted at the bottom (1/2' break) and than they came out really easy. It should take longer than 10 minutes.

mine had 2 bolts for each side and about 15 5/16 hex screwsalong the metal part at the back
to get the outside side bolts you have to push the bottom corner of the seat to get at them, they take an allen key or a socket.
the middle ones come off the same.
it took me about 40 minutes, but I took my time.
