Twisted Wedge don't flow quite as well as the 185s I don't think tho

they are between the 165s and 185s, but when they are matched with trick flow cams/pistons/rockers/intake they make sick power. plus they are cheaper than boththe 165 and 185AFR heads</P>

To find the differnce of lift with 1.7 ratio take the lift for example .542 and divide it by 1.6; .542/1.6=.33875 now take that number and multily it by 1.7; .33875x1.7=.575875 or you can just take the liftand multiply it by 1.0625l; .542x1.0625= .57875; You say you have 1.7 ration now, are they bolt down or stud mounted, if they are bolt down that will be hard to find aftermarket heads for bolt down rockers. If yours are bolt down with a 5/16 bolt(stock 302 size) sell them on ebay and buy heads with 7/16 studs and buy real 1.6 roller rockers. TheyAre much stonger and more reliable, plus they are easier to adjust. that's my two cents
