ok so it took forever but i got the dash off and everything and disconnected everything im supposed to and i can't get into where the heater core is. i unscrewed all the screws on that big black thing that covers it and i can't get it off. maybe it's stuck and i need to pull harder but if anyone can help or knows a trick i really appreciate it. i'm having 5.0 withdrawals! i gotta put it back together because as soon as i do i get take it to get a new exhaust!

it will only come off with the core completely removed i assume u doing it the way i did mine not servicing the ac? just take some slip joint pliers and break the end of the case off pull the core out and glue it back in place or if u have access to a dremel tool put a cut off wheel in it and cut the end off

you can unbolt the whole box, the bolts are in the engine bay if i remember correctly theres 4 of them, then it'll come out
