RE: replacing starter
**** I went to napa to buy a new starter... thinking I would go home and replace it and bring the core back... Well the car wouldn't start and I stuck it on in the parking lot with the use of there jack and stand... Took like 10 mins at the most.... Shouldn't be that big of a deal...

RE: replacing starter
Geting the starter has not been that hard, but i had to take my headers off to get it out of the little cage it was inclosed in. But now that i have the new one on i have a new problem. I put on a starter relay at the same time and im almost 100 percent sure it is wired correctly but when i go to start the car the starter doesnt disengage. I have to dissconect the battery for it to turn off. one of my friends that is a machanic said that it is probably a bad starter does this sound right to yall? I was thinking that it could also be an ignition switch let me know what you think?
