Default Help! Defrost wiring question?

My 91 was broken into about a year ago and some jerk-off yanked out a bunch of wires for some reason. Anyway its at the shop right now and the tech cant figure out how to wire the defrost window. There are 2 male connectors on either side of the window. Are they + +, or - +? Anyone have any clues?

awsome! thanks.

My tech says there is only one wire running back there, and I know there are 2 connectors on the hatch glass. For some reason I want to say thats other connector is suppose to be grounded the the hatch? Can anyone take a look at theirs and tell me if its grounded or not?
