Default New TPS mabey?

Clean the "inside" of the throttle body. The butterfly may be sticking. Then invest about twenty bucks on an "idle air bypass solenoid service spacer" from ford, part number f2pe-9f939-aa. It allows adjusting of the air bypassed around the tb at idle, instead of having to screw around with the tps sensor voltage everytime you adjust the idle. It's cheap, and who would of thought ford would come up with something this easy?

I would only get one if your rpm's are to low, putting one on will only increase the idle speed. definately check tp voltage so that ti is 1.00 volts or slightly less, if someone has cranked the idle srew up it will put it over 1 volt mak9ng the computer go crazy, also it could be a stuck or stick air bypass motor. If you have a voltmeter check the voltage of the TP between the black and the green wire for the 1 volt then slowly have someone give it full throttle( Key on, but not started) the voltmeter should evenly go up to near 5 volts, if it jumps around like going up and down and shorts spurts than you have a bad tp. If that check out ok, try unhooking the battery for a few minutes and then hokking it back up and drive the sh*t ot of it for a few miles, that will reset the idling characteristics in the computer.

Ok ill try to read the voltage. It would effect performance if i had a bad tp wouldnt it? Sometimes it accelerates alil choppy but that might be because of my B303.

Have you run a computer test yet?, And yes it would effect performance, it works just like a accelerator pump in a carburator. It effects throttle, idle, acceleration, it really just covers up your transition of throttle movement by giving it more fuel, or less fuel and changing timing. But if you relly think that your tp is bad stay far away from the crap Autozone and napa's, only get it at a ford dealer, it costs more but the quality is better
