6 speed tranny
I just thought I would let you guys know that after I completed my swap for a T56, it is so nice. The transmission handles very well and will last a long time! If you ever thought about getting a 6 speed like I did, it was worth the wait.
I'm gonna go read some more post!

RE: 6 speed tranny
Well, I did have to change the clutch fork, yoke, modify a new cross member, and put a nice mount in. I also had the aluminum driveshaft custom made. It is shorter of course because of the tranny. I didn't use a kit at all. One of the places I had help with this is daytonasp.com They handle lots of muscle but mostly mustangs. That is their specialty.
As fas as the power, it can handle 450 ft/lbs of torque.
I know D&D has a great knowledge of manuals trans. I can always go back in, but for now, this is what I have. D&D has a way of putting the Viper T56 into the mustang too. It can handle like 600 or 700 hp. I'm not there yet.
They can modify it for the Fox. I mean, it was modified for my 95 because it is intended for the 99 - 04 models. It was in the 03 - 04 cobras.
if anyone has any ideas on changing things, i'm willing to listen.
I have a stock trans for sale if anyone wants one.
