Default Possible Parking Brake Problem

Last night, I was on a delivery when I pulled in someones driveway to turn around. As I'm going up the curb, I sort of hear an odd noise. I put it in reverse, & she can't move. Had to rev to the moon & hold it there to back out. Clutch to the floor, have to really jam the shifter out of reverse & even harder into first. There was some resistance moving forward that went away, it felt like pulling in over a lift.

It seems like some kind of parking brake problem to me, there was no noise at all other than a little chatter from the clutch, just a hell of a lot of resistance backwards & a foot or so forward.

Any ideas?

Yea that sounds more like a clutch cable issue.
