Default auto to manual conversion?

i might be buying a 95 gt convertible this next summer but just out of curiousity i was wondering how hard it is to swap in a manual transimision? does anyone make complete kits for it? how much would it cost? thanks

if u go new it can get costly. you could just go to a junkyard to get all the stuff though. there is a company who makes a kit, but i cant find their advertisement anywhere (used to be in either mm&ff or 5.0).
