i have an 87 mustang that i've put trick flow intake and ford motorsports e cam and roller rockers and also upgraded to a 89 computer and maf system with harness. with everything back together it will crank and die in 2 seconds. If you have a hint would be helpfull thanks it does run but then dies and will do this every time you try to start it has no lag time before it will run as soon as the motor spins it cranks and runs for 2 seconds and dies<edited><editID>douboy80</editID><editDate>38005.6536342593</editDate></edited>

wow, thats a toughy. Is everything registering, like you hear the fuel pump when you turn the key to start, and are you sure that the computer is reading everything right? I really dont know what to tell you. Ask Vfast.

proper air/fuel/spark...check vacuum, fuel pump /pressure, distributor/coil...reset TDC and the dizzy/rotor just in case...

are you saying it fires and then cuts out??? or does the starter stop turning after 2 seconds??
