need YOUR help!
ok guys I posted earlier about me selling my sc300 and copping a 5.0...but now that it's come down to it I need some advice...is it worth it? here's the 5.0 link:

sad thing is...my car's got 214k but the engine still runs good and the smog wont pass due to a bad EGR system
so it boils down to the trade...the guy with the 5.0 said we could do a swap if I throw in another 3 grand on top of it...so Im asking for serious input if it's gonna be worth it?
