Thats why I like turbos. You can put the psi down to 0 while driving and if you get into a race then you just up it to where ever you want. Saves your engine.

I'm still debating if I should go with the GT-40 intake or the new BBK SSI one. I know the GT-40 is one of the best around, and especially up to 3k or so, but the BBK one seems to be the best engineered one yet.
Just wondering if anyone has the BBK, because it runs somethign like $650 and a new GT-40 is $330 or so new; I know both are great intakes, but which is best in the long run?
Also, congratulations on your intake, I was fiddling with my stock one and it got me thinking about getting a new one...hence the question about the two.

what benfits does the gt40 have over the edelbrocks or the trick flow if any? and vice versa. I'm trying to decide on wether to go with a gt4o from an explorer or wait and get a new trickflow or edelbrock
