Default Valve springs

I want to get some new valve springs for the gt40p heads I got. I drive the car kind of hard what kind of springs should I get? Is there anything else I should do while I am in there with the srpings off? I'm thinking 1.7 roller rockers.

Then get a stock spring, the cam and valve springs are meant to match. With a stock cam there is no need to rev the engine very high and stiffer springs will not help you.

Then you need a stiffer spring, I have heard of people using the stock spring on a E cam, but I would'nt, they are cheap and there is HP to be found by finding the correct spring. Theres more to spring selection than just lift, lobe profile also needs to be considered. A cam with very aggresive lobes will need a stiffer spring to control the valve.

Just to add:
You also have to take into consideration coil bind and installed height.
