Default best hood pins/locks

seems like i see alot of damaged hood cowls, so i want to put a set of hood pins/locks on my 4" cowl hood. i think i want all stainless, i have seen some that are rusty , not a good look. i also think that i want the flush locking type, does any one have any suggestions? how about a good source to get them. thanks john1614.

i have hood pins and they still look great. purchased the cheapos at autozone or some place like that 3 years ago. I dont drive the stang in the winter though, so they wont rust..... think of them like chrome wheels.

The cheapo's will hold up if you use some wax/polish on them.
On my racecar I like to use the Aluminum ones that Moroso sells.
