Does this transmission part look normal?

Does this transmission part look normal?
This part is called a main drive gear bearing retainer... Ford Part# is 7050.
Does this look too worn out to anyone? Is it abnormal wear?
You can feel how where the throwout bearing area rides on it has worn grooves there.
This is the part of the transmission that goes into the bell housing, of course, and it looks like maybe there is a race bearing and shims inside according to the book.
Here is a photo of it. I am having trouble finding this part in my area and I can't even find it online either.

RE: Does this transmission part look normal?
Awesome!! Thanks guys.
I ordered the steel one.
By any chance do they throw in the Premium Logo-life grease or can I get some sort of substitue at an auto parts store?
