Hey guys, I recently purchased a 1988 Mustang LX 5.0L HO, from my Uncle who happened to be the original owner, it's got 180,000km (105,000miles). Anyway I got a steal of a deal on it because he is mechanically illiterate and thought because the strong arms for the hatch didn't work anymore, and because one headlight was full of water. Anyway $1000 dollars later I was the proud owner, and it only cost 110 dollars for new strong arms and headlight. I almost felt bad buying it off of him for so cheap, but I am not complaining. Anyway I am fixing up the little things, and then I am going to save up some money for rims and tires, lowering kit, subframe connectors, and paint job (forest green with white racing stripes). Tell me what y'all think.

it's unfortuntaly an automatic, but atleast it's got a shift kit, planning to convert to 5 speed when I eventually blow up that C4.

Umm ya, I am kind of a newb, I figure they put C4 in those cars? It does have overdrive tho.
