I HAVE THE SAME WHEEL.THOUGHT ABOUT DOING SAME THING. MY QUOTE WAS 90/WHEEL.ENDED UP GETTING THEM RE-PAINTED HIGH GLOSS SILVER W/CLEAR.I ONLY DRIVE MINE WHEN IT'S NICE, I DON'T THINK A PAINTED WHEEL WILL HOLD UP ON AN EVERYDAY DRIVER LIKE POWDERCOAT WILL.

do any of u have a pic. of the '92 pony wheel in black, i'm just wondering how they look, because its eaither powder coat them, or buy new wheels.

I def wouldnt buy new wheels, I wouldnt waste the money when you can just powdercoat them. Also, I guess you can paint them and have them last through a DD driver but I just think that the powdercoat will be a little better and look a little better.
