ummm, ok pos battery cable to left side of solenoid, then starter cable on the right side
goes down to starter, then the neg battery cable bolts to the block
thats with a reg. starter not the mini starters that came on like the '93's

Even if you have a mini starter it will still work since it will just activate both the remote solenoid and the solenoid on the starter.

Default RE: battery to starter question

yeah i just got the ford racing mini starter from summit. It was the one that was like 140 bucks. And it comes with new cables. Red and black ones together. I am running my pos battery cable from the trunk and was gonna take it straight to the starter. then take the two cables that came with the kit hitting terminals and bringing them to the distribution box right? it says to the starter soliniod, and is mine in the distribution box. Its a 94 Gt cause they could have changed it around. The reason i ask is because the stock set up went from battery to started and then a little 1 foot cable ran straight to my distribution box. sorry about all the questions i just want to make sure i get this right. Thanks for the replys mark91 and 86HOGT.
