im lookin for a stage 2 cobra clutch that will fit my 87 5.0.... can any1 help me out as to where i can find one that will fit that yaer..... if u can help me... a link would be awesome

It will fit since all king cobra clutch are a 10.5in clutch and that's what the majority of stangs run...Try looking on ebay or other mustang sites..And what is the stage 2, upgraded pressure plate??

i found this, its a ford racing cobra clutch, but idk if its stage 2, would this do just fine if i were to pick it?

Whats you mods....on a bolt on car this is plenty enough clutch for you car.

Well i have a 306 svo x heads,eldey intake,e cam,lt's etc...and the king cobra i had lasted a while under HEAVY abuse...and my buddy has a 331 car with the king cobra with lots of track time and it just now starting to slip...this clutch will be PLENTY enough clutch for your car just make sure you do a corrrect break in..

how long did ur friend have the clutch for till it started to slip? and does ford racing make a good clutch

Well probaly about 1yr...but this is behind a 350+rwhp car with lots of track time so behind a stock car they should last forever with a good break in and a decent driver.

lets say i dont beat the **** out of the car on a daily basis, if thats the case, would i 10o% be ok with this new clutch?
