ok my parts came in the mail today and i was looking at the instruction sheet i from 2 posts ago, for anyone who ever relocated the power steering, did you have to take the pulley off to move it?

no you dont have to take the pulley off the PS pump is part of the bracket you just move it up and bolt it on to the new bracket

I would just pay for a sticker. I dont know the penalty but I really dont care because Im not going to be able to drive it if I dont so I really dont have a choice. Just go to a private shop who does emissions and slip them a $100. I know a guy who will do it but he wants $150 because I dont know the penalties for you but whoever gives it to you will get in a SH*TLOAD of trouble.
