You live in Japan ?? I think thats a first. But anyway, I dont think that you will have a problem swapping the alt pulley. I had the same problem. I put the pulley on and I didnt like it so I took it off and put the stock one back on and I had no problems with the belt. Just thought I would throw in my .02.

Thanks 88BlueGT, I will definitely be reinstalling my stock alternator pulley. The battery keeps drawing down because of the low charging voltage at idle. Japan is notorious for it's crazy traffic and sitting at idle for hours on end. Yes, I have been in Japan since 1992, looking forward to retiring in 2010 and getting back home. Again, thanks for the info.
