Default 331 vs. 347 stroker

I am planning on building a supercharged 331 or 347. The problem is, I don't know which one to get. This motor will be efi and in a daily driver car. I keep on hearing that 347's burn oil. Is this true? </P>

Which stroker kit should I get? 331 or 347?</P>

Thanks.</P>

problems with the 347 are that they dont seem to last that long. to much stress on a stock block. maybe if you bought a 'R' block there wouldnt be such a large problem.

but remember any motor built wrong will have issues

if you have a stronger block then go with the 347. but since you are chargin it you might have too much compression and blow it up. go 331 <IMG src=smileys/smiley2.gif border="0">

347 kit do not burn oil any more unless you get an old set up. must use 5.315 rods www.speedomotive.com . they make kits for forced induction/low compression.<edited><editID>619socalstang</editID><editDate>38012.7375347222</editDate></edited>
