Default When do 87-92's get chassis flex?

How much power do they handle before chassis/body flex becomes a problem? Any specific 1/4 times (ie once you get into the low 12's or when your makin 400ftlbs)?

Thanks

Jim

chassis flex is a problem with any mustang, i put subframes on my car and noticed a huge difference in stiffness

I would not take any mustang with sticky tires to the strip and launch it with no subframes connectors..stock or not that is just my opinon.

bone stock they flex. driving the street at 2000rpms just cruzing the body flexes as you go over bumps. thats why sub-frames are one of the best mods you can do....and very cheap

I would concur with whoever it was that said ' they flex stock'
I would believe that because Ford did not spend an extra nickel on the chassis.......

Also, while youre at it, see if you can get your torque box's reinforced

chassis stiffening is one thing i definatly wouldnt skimp on, the stiffer your chassis, the better your suspension will work
