I wouldnt wire a kill switch to the pump. Just run it to to Solenoid so it cant be started at all.

You might bump it and shut it off when driving which suxs because you will loose stearing and brakes.

There are different types of switches that can eliminate the chances of tripping. They can get real creative as well. My friend has his wired to the fuel door switch in the glove box. Mine is to a lock that requires a nifty little key. Ive seen them wired to just about everywhere.
