Running Rich

OK I fixed the problem with hard starting and starving for fuel. It was the vacuum line to the MAP/BAP sensor. Now that I have that problem fixed the car is running too rich. Any ideas on what this could be.

Is this just a matter of disconnecting the battery for a certain amount of time?

yea take the ground off the battery, and let it sit for 30min, also what makes you think it is running rich? codes telling you that?

No I can smell strong gas smell out of the exhaust.

No the cats have been removed along with the entire smog system

ok than it is probly normal, it will smell rich without cats
