I wouldnt get any CAI from Ebay. I heard some bad things about people buying kits off of their and having to modify it in like 5 places to get it to work. I mean, its cheap but remember; you get what you pay for. I personally wouldnt waste me money.

Yea, I live by that quote! Ive learned my lesson plenty of times with trying to go the cheap way; and its never worked out in my advantage yet.

So Say...I did just want it to dress up the engine bay abit...for 30 bucks...that's not too shabby right? And what type of 'sound' does it make?...is the exhaust just...louder? or is it more of a slight 'whine' sound or somethin...?:S

Well you will hear the sucking noise in your dash kinda. Sounds pretty cool on hard accelerations. Not really a louder tone of exhaust. Atleast I didnt notice any,

CAI for 5.0s are a joke performance wise. I went mid 11s through the stock airbox on a stock longblock car.

CAI's are mostly for show, no real big HP gains, I got mine from ebay and it looks great, thats all I wanted. Just dont use their crummy filters get a K&N.
