so far i have installed a bbk cold air intake, hooker equal length headers, took out the cats, put a homemade x pipe but i want to get a better one later, super 40 series flowmasters. i have on order a bbk pulley kit, an electric drive for the water pump, and an engine dress kit. what i want to know is what to do to my engine. i want to make it a street racer and get at least 400 hp out of it but i dont want to supercharge it yet. what size should i bore, piston, camshaft, and etc should i put on my 5.0/302 engine.

i would say buy one of the top end kits such as trick flow and then get a small shot of spray and u should be at ur goal

Are you willing to stroke it? Because if you are I would go with a 331 or 347 from CHP or another reputable company.

i hear a lot of good things about eagle parts you just need to know if you want to boost the car or not so you can pick the right pistons for the car
