I just recently bought my second mustang. I was looking for a fox hatch, but came across an LX notch. To be honest, I love it more than the hatch and more than I thought I would. I had no problems at all finding notchbacks, it was finding the hatches that I had a hard time with. I do know that if you are looking for an old notch, find an old CHP car, that's what mine is, It's in surprisingly excellent shape, though the interior needs some work and it needs paint. But the engine is a beast. the best part was that even though it is an old CHP car, it was a 5spd and I only paid $900 for it. good luck in the search to find you notch, it'll be worth the wait when your find it, mine was.

lol yea i know, i want a coupe so bad. i just love the very plain look of a coupe. i have a 1988 4cyl convertible, but it needs extensive work for what i want to do to it. the 4cyls have a 7 1/2' rear end right? if so i have to replace engine, tranny and rear end plus all the little crap thats wrong with it. just not worth it.
