Default gt-40 intake question

if i were to purchace a gt-40 intake off of someone who has a "mild" port and polish job done for under $350 is that a good deal?

meh.

It's an ok intake, at a decent price I guess. But they're getting rid of it for a reason right?

well iknow he has like 5 of these setups, but only one is ported. i'm guessing he works at some kind of junk yard or something of the like.
