umm i would turn that into the insurance so he pays for the full ammount. now they will clame that as his faught because he stoped in front of you for no reason, there was nothing in front of him at all right? and he did admit it was his faught. so you would win this not him.

looks like 400$ tops worth of damage without paint..Like tim said turn it into the insurance and you will get the full amount that you could throw into your new hatch...Look on the bright side your not hurt.

That looks like not alot of damage to have been going 20-25 mph, you must have tossed his car.

It doesn't matter I really don't want the ticket, my driving record is clean right now and I don't want 2 points on it that I can avoid. He's going to be paying me for most of this stuff. MY PARENTS ARE GOING TO GO PICK UP THE HATCH TODAY WHILE I'M AT SCHOOL WOOHOO! Can't wait to drive it again!

"followin to close" , sorry about the car man... by the way in the future if u get into an accident and its not ur fault you should always report it cause if you dont have it doucumnted whoever hit you could deny it and *** u and you cant prove he hit u..so always get it documeneted...

I wasn't following him to close, I had plenty of room and I slid. But anyways I guess I should've just drove off into the ditch or somethin, idk. I guess we'll just have to see what happens, I get to come home to a new hatch back today!
