Thanx. I'm having some trouble getting it tuned in right. But oh well such is life. When I get it up and running I'll be having some serious fun.

It cost me $5700 to the door. But I upgraded some stuff. I think once I get it tuned right and get my ignition box so I can run boost safely I should be close to 400 to the wheels. They say that a stock 5.0 with 8 to 10 PSI has gotten up to I think 450 rwhp and 489 rwtq. I don't know if I believe all that but hey maybe.

When I looked at the site it said 60mm turbo I believe. Could have been a different set up but who knows. Did you install it yourself and was there any welding? As asked above? Also are you planning on maybe getting a new U/L intake manifold and all that or are you done?

Ok the install was done by myself and two of my friends. No there was no welding involved. I think the scariest part of doing this was the punching a 1/2" hole in my oil pan. [:@] My turbo is a 66 mm with a .96 A/R. I updgrade to the stage two turbo. I did put it on credit card but I have been saving for a few years now and I had like 3000 to pay the first installment of the payment.

Pretty much everything on the motor is stock.
My next venture is to build a 347 built for boost and then swap it in. I just bought the kit for the time being so I could hang with some of the guys around here.

Wow, that's a big upgrade from an otherwise stock 5.0! Have fun with it, and most of all BE CAFEFUL! You have a beautiful car, and are still breathing and those are two very good combinations, keep it that way! Good luck...
