I would also pass, it being converted to a carb not fuel injected, i wouldnt pay anything more then $3500.

I confirmed with the seller that the mustang has a 8.8 rear end has a donor car's rebuilt transmission and a GT40 motor from fordracing.com with an expired warranty both having 7k miles on it.
