Default 351W swap

I have a question about the 351W swap on my 88 hatchlx. Is it true that I would need a new hood because of the height of the engine?</P>

I am running the Trick Flow R manifold on a 351 and the hood would never close with that combo. I luckily had a 5 inch cowl hood on the car before the swap but a 2" would probably be ok.
